20080401 : The use of the Blog. The
intention of the blog is to make the website more interactive, have all
members and even externals participate to the content by posting
articles and comments on articles. It's very easy, you just have to sign
up once and you'll get a login and password sent to your email. More
information
here.
We could even use it for each player to
register for next match, via a comment on the article "next match".

20080324 : slowly but surely we start using the new website ... Match reports are now posted on our blog, see here for match : Barbarians11 B Vs. Thumb Korea . We hope to see some comments from you soon ! (have to apply for a login for a Wordpress account)
20080316 : The new website online !
To keep up with the ever more ambitious plans of the Beijing Barbarians football Club, it seemed necessary to renew the website, freshen up the outlook and add up-to-date tools.
The main new features are the BLOG, which will be used to publish match reports and the Wiki, which will provide a variety of information (for external as well as for internal use).
Important is that many more people contribute to the
maintenance of this website. The Barbarians have grow out to a real
community and are about much more than playing an 11-a-side match every
week.
Players and others will have the ability to upload pictures, write
articles, publish events, ... And for the future, there will be a page
where players have to sign in and confirm their presence for next match.
The most basic contribution, to start with, would be for all of you to
now and then write a little
comment in our
Blog!
