After languishing in Division 3 for far too long, the A team’s 5s squad finally got its act together and won the division in the March/April season. The team put in solid performances every single week, earning at least three points all seven weeks and winning both matches in Weeks 1, 2, 3, and 7. We finished with 33 points, well ahead of second-placed Oguzkhan (28 points).
March 15th, 2008 — News
Last weekend saw the annual Barbs derby, and it seems that each year the two teams get closer and closer together in terms of quality. However, I am happy to see that the game was played in the best possible spirit and those that went to the Japanese after had a great time.

Having a football team in Beijing is much more than playing the ’soccer’ game.
This blog will be used for publishing many stories and receiving a lot of comments, but in the first place we will ask the team captains/managers to write down here the match reports.
